Chelsea Sister Cities Association
The Sister Cities Association is fostering mutual understanding with people who live in similar cities in other nations. This association helps facilitate exchanges with the Japanese city of Shimizu. Each year, middle school students travel to Shimizu. The following fall, Chelsea hosts Japanese students.
