Video: World Learning brings Iraqis and Americans together

Through the Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program, the participants began with their own stereotypes and by the end, had released them as barriers were broken and cross-cultural friendships were formed. Citizen diplomacy is the development of relationships between people of different nations at the ground level with the belief that these good shared relations will spread and eventually inundate the entire culture.
