PAX offers high school students chance to study abroad

If you're in high school and looking for an opportunity to enrich your social and cultural understanding of the world, the Program of Academic Exchange might just have what you are looking.
PAX, a USCCD member organization, offers high school students the unique opportunity to study abroad. Imagine having the opportunity to travel and study in Spain, France, Germany or Australia before you even start college. Take a moment to imagine this possiblility, and PAX can help make it a reality!
If you are looking to embark on a life-changing cultural experience, PAX has a variety of programs available.
PAX offers semester, school year and summer programs in Germany, France and Spain. Only available during the summer? PAX offers a summer program in Australia.
These programs are designed for high school students only. In order to apply you have to be enrolled at a US high school, have a GPA of at least C+, you need to be 15-18 years old and you need to have three years of language study in the language spoken in your chosen country. If you meet the requirements, be sure to fill out an application form.
You still have time to think about your options and discuss these programs with your parents. The deadline for full-year and fall semester programs is April 1, 2012. For summer programs it is April 15, 2012 and for spring semester programs the deadline is September 15, 2012.
