Dr. Allen founded CISV in order to better the world by teaching children about the importance of intercultural understanding, with the aim of fostering in them a desire for a peaceful global community. Dr. Allen’s vision has come to fruition during the past 60 years, and CISV USA would like to recognize and help a similar organization reach the next step in their mission and impact.
