If we had personal contact with individuals in a country with which we have disagreements, if we saw them as they work, play, attend to their families and love their children it would be much more difficult to shoot them. There is a huge difference between the government of a country and the people of a country. The soldiers fighting each other probably have more in common with each other than those in their respective countries who sent them there.
